RFQ/RFP Manager

This tool will receive all incoming requests for information from site users. The form which they fill out can be customized to your particular needs. Once they submit their information, the data is stored in your site database, and a notice is emailed to the proper personnel. This data can then be accessed through KIWI and will be accessible from any web browser for viewing and retrieval.

Event Listings Manager

Manage all the upcoming events for your organization through the use of this comprehensive events listings utility. This full featured listings manager will provide your site users with a print-friendly format for the event information as well as full integration to MapQuest for driving directions! As an added bonus, we added "Send to a Friend" functionality so that you can increase awareness of your events easily by word-of-mouth.

Job Listings Manager

Post your current job openings on your company web site to recruit workers and accept resumes online. This KIWI module offers two styles of job listings, either basic format or listing by summary of each job. Site users will have the opportunity to post their resume directly to your site and provide all necessary information in order to start the application process. The admin side features an applicant registry listing and resume viewer in print-friendly format. Future plans for KIWI call for an advanced job listings system for larger organizations where users can create their own account to keep their resume up to date, then apply for multiple jobs simultaneously.

News Article Manager

This tool will allow you and your staff to manage the news updates on your web site without the need for expensive monthly maintenance contracts or the need of third party contractor. Easily add a title, summary and text of your article through the KIWI system. Once the article is approved by an authorized admin or editor, it will appear on your web site for the world to see. Old articles can be archived, without being deleted, thereby maintaining the exciting history of your company.

Contact Information Manager w/ Client Emailer

This module will interact with the RFP/RFQ Manager to provide an easy to use, searchable interface for maintaining your client contact records. Search this database by first/last name, company, zip codes, email addresses, date of entry and more. Export your address list to a file which can be used in mass mailings, or send an email to all your clients directly from KIWI. All emails that you send through this utility will be archived and can be used at a later date to keep you from having to do the work all over again. It even saves the query you used to determine who the recipients of that message!
